Warranty conditions
Wasser-Shop24 - Guarantee of Bayoo Trading UG (limited liability)
Your statutory rights are not affected by the following warranty provisions. These apply exclusively in addition to the statutory provisions.
If you discover a defect during the warranty period (24 months from delivery of the goods), please contact our technical support directly by telephone on 06021-4488053 or our customer service by email: kontakt@wasser-shop24.de. If no advice on how to remedy the problem is available, it is possible to have your device / item checked. Please send the device / item to be checked directly to the manufacturer or, after consultation, to us. You will receive all necessary data, such as an inspection order and information for shipping, directly from us. The device / item for which you are complaining will be checked for defects by the manufacturer or us (only after consultation), repaired and/or replaced if necessary. Returns are always free of charge. In the case of unjustified complaints, the time spent, materials and return postage will be charged.
Wear parts are excluded from the warranty and guarantee. Wear parts include the following components: pre-filter, membrane, post-filter, mineral filter, booster pump, shut-off valve (4-way valve), flow limiter, autoflush with flow limiter, connectors, and hose lines. These components must be checked regularly by the user and replaced if necessary. Liability and warranty are excluded for material defects caused by the user after purchase and proper delivery.
The guarantee expires in the following cases
Incorrect commissioning, misuse, incorrect use or maintenance, negligence, modification of the device, irregular or delayed filter and/or membrane replacement. Claims for damage such as frost, improper installation and/or maintenance are also excluded. Use of tap water above 2000µS (1280ppm), over 0.2mg/liter iron content, below pH 3 and above pH 11, as well as tap water that does not comply with DIN 2000 (according to the Drinking Water Ordinance). Any guarantee and warranty is also void if undefined water is used, as well as if rainwater, cistern water, lake water, sea water, well water, etc. All guarantees are subject to compliance with the operating and maintenance instructions, such as regular maintenance (e.g. regular filter and membrane changes) and the integrity of the seal, etc. (e.g. serial number of the device and serial number of the membrane).
The warranty is generally limited to the maintenance, repair, or replacement of the device at our discretion. Further claims of any kind arising from the use and installation of the device are expressly excluded. All defects must be reported immediately upon occurrence, along with the original invoice and/or warranty certificate.
Further claims for reimbursement, such as telephone costs, travel expenses, loss of earnings, inconvenience, repair or replacement of damage to other devices or equipment, animals, or objects, are excluded from the warranty. Further warranty commitments are only valid in writing.
