The Supreme sediment filter with a 5µm filter unit is suitable as a pre-filter for domestic water filters . You will receive this 20" sediment filter in improved quality with a larger diameter and high mechanical strength as the filter medium, without an inner core or end caps. The Supreme sediment filter is made of a polypropylene nonwoven PP with a smooth surface. Sediment filters are water filter cartridges for deep filtration of coarse to fine particles. This means that 5µm sediment filters made of a polypropylene nonwoven can reliably absorb coarse to fine sediment and particles from the water and remove them. This ensures maximum sediment retention capacity. The polypropylene filter medium guarantees a high degree of chemical compatibility, making the Supreme sediment filters suitable for all technical applications, for domestic use and for drinking water treatment.
